Kids
love animals too!
10-year-old Andrea Griffin requested donations for FFAS foster pets instead of gifts for her birthday!
My Goddaughter and her sister made flyers and distributed them in their neighborhood to help Faithful Friends. Caroline is 9 and her sister is 7. I live in Salisbury and the girls live in Charlotte. I now have at least 5 large bags to donate to your organization .
Attached is a picture of Caroline Thomas and Elizabeth Thomas with the collection and Annie a rescued Doberman.
Taylor Poole and her brother Tanner raised $40 for FFAS by selling drinks and donuts at their yardsale
On March 4, Big Luv and Bella Padavick accompanied Mary Padavick and Anne Ingram to meet with the after-school students at Hanford Dole Elementary School in Salisbury.
11-year-old Breana Griffin very generously asked for
donations to Faithful Friends in lieu of gifts at her birthday party.
Thank you, Breana!
Some generous North Rowan Elementary students did a
service project to help Faithful Friends foster pets. The kindergarten,
first and second grade classes collected dog and cat supplies, including
food, litter, toys, treats, collars and leashes. The class from each
grade with the most stuff got an ice cream party! And our pets got
the real treat -- gifts given with lots of love.
Bronze Service Awards Benefit our Foster Pets!
 Chloe
Burk and Mackenzie Menius, of Girl Scout Troop 511, both chose collecting
pet supplies and food for FFAS to earn their Bronze
Service Awards. This huge amount of food went to foster homes
and several
pet owners in need. A lot of animals (and humans!) have cause
to be grateful for the hard work of these Scouts!

This 9-year-old was saving her allowance for a Nintendo,
but decide to donate her savings to Faithful Friends instead!
At
their 5th birthday party, Ellison and Emily Frick asked for pet
food for Faithful Friends instead of presents.

Anne Ingram spoke to Brownie Troup # 3720 in
Granite Quarry about pet safety on April 23. These scouts donated pet
food
and litter to Faithful Friends. Rescued dog Heidi enjoyed her visit
too!
Thanks go to Maddy Jones! For her 6th
birthday party, she asked twenty of her friends to bring food and toys
for
Faithful Friends, and to sign pledges against cruelty to animals.
Their gifts filled up the car trunk!
Hanford Dole Elementary held a aluminum
can drive. $74.70 was
raised, but more than the money, we were
so proud of those kids, they
worked so hard. Pictures in the PHOTOS section!
